Fort Hommet
Nestled on the western and originally constructed during the Victorian era as a defence against invasion, this fortress has stood the test of time, witnessing both World Wars and it remains a favourite for historically minded visitors and locals alike, overlooking the stunning Vazon Bay.
Today, visitors can explore its imposing walls, stroll along the battlements, and even venture into its underground tunnels when open. The views from the fort are simply spectacular, especially at sunset.
